Sushmita Sawale
Sushmita Sawale is the Founder & CEO of Impex Arise Intelligent Systems & Solutions, leading the company's vision, strategic growth, and technology partnerships.
With experience in business development across robotics, industrial automation, engineering solutions, software solutions, and cybersecurity, she has contributed to multiple technology-driven projects while also gaining hands-on experience as an AI Analyst and working on Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) AI initiatives. This multidisciplinary background gives her a strong understanding of how emerging technologies can solve complex industrial and operational challenges.
Believing manufacturers need integrated solutions rather than standalone products, she built Impex Arise as a one-stop partner for industrial automation — collaborating with leading Indian manufacturers and technology companies to deliver customized, high-quality, and cost-effective robotics, automation, software, and intelligent systems tailored to each client's unique operational requirements.
